గతంలో ఏ పని కావాలన్న కాళ్లు అరిగేలా తిరగాల్సి వచ్చేది కానీ ఇప్పుడు వైస్ జగన్ ప్రభుత్వం వచ్చిన తరువాత స్పందన కార్యక్రమాన్ని ప్రతిష్టాత్మకంగా ప్రారంభించింది.స్పందన అనేది సామాన్య ప్రజా సమస్యల పరిష్కార వేదిక.స్పందనలో ఫిర్యాదులను నమోదు చేయడానికి, ట్రాక్ చేయడానికి మరియు ఇంటిగ్రేటెడ్ గ్రీవెన్స్ సిస్టమ్ ప్రతిపాదించబడింది.

CMO / SECY లు / HOD లు / జిల్లా కలెక్టరేట్లు / జిల్లా మరియు మండల స్థాయి కార్యాలయాలలో అర్జీలు స్వీకరిస్తారు.స్పందన కార్యక్రమం ద్వారా ప్రజలు వారి సమస్యలు అర్జీ ద్వారా అధికారులకు తెలిచేయచ్చు.

ఆంధ్ర ప్రదేశ్ గవర్నమెంట్ స్పందనలో ఇచ్చిన అర్జీల స్టేటస్ తెలుసుకోవడం కోసం ఒక టోల్ ఫ్రీ నెంబర్ ను ఏర్పాటుచేసింది. ప్రజల ఇబ్బందులకు పరిష్కార వేదిక – 1800-425-4440 (టోల్ ఫ్రీ) ,టోల్ ఫ్రీ: 1902 నెంబర్ కు ఎప్పుడైనా (24*7) కాల్ చేసి తమ అర్జీ స్టేటస్ ను ఎప్పటికి అప్పుడు తెలుసుకోవచ్చు.

ప్రతి సోమవారం నిర్వహించే స్పందనలో కార్యక్రమంలో ప్రజల నుంచి వచ్చిన ఫిర్యాదులు అర్జీలను ఆన్ లైన్ గ్రీవెన్స్ పోర్టల్ లో ఎంటర్ చేసి, వాటిని పరిష్కరించడానికి సంబంధిత అధికారికి పంపవచ్చు. మీ సమస్యను స్పందనలో ఎంటర్ చేయాలని అనుకుంటే కింద ఇచ్చిన సమాచారాన్ని అందించాలి.

    I am resident of ramannapalem village, Atchutapuram mandal, Visakhapatnam, AP – 531011. I Have started process for late date of birth certificate . it’s been almost three months since I have started this process still it is pending.i have been meeting various government officials and visited government offices multiple number of times still I have not get my work done . I started my process as per the instructions given by the MRO (Mandal revenue officer). Submitted the application in Meseva as per the meseva official the application will reach home with in 2 weeks without any further inconvenience. But after two week as per the status in meeseva it is still pending . It was stuck at VRO and asked to submit few more certificates to get work done after submitting necessary documents after almost 10days of time it’s moved to RI and it took one more week to get done there later it moved to junior assistant here it took two more weeks due to changing of MRO . After the new MRO appointment it took 4 more days reason said by the official s it will take time to get approval for the MRO signature even after getting approval for signature still it is pending reason told by MRO since I am a new there is lot of applications is pending it will take one more week . Even after one week told by the MRO it is still pending . Reply got by the MRO Is can’t process this application. Almost After two Months of starting the process and submitting necessary documents and visiting government offices and requesting various government officials now the MRO is saying I can’t process this application with out giving any valid reason. I am completely disappointed and dissatisfied with the service of the government in my state Andhra Pradesh . Just imagine the situation literate person like Me is facing these many issues to get a simple work done in government office. Then what about the illiterated and people who not having own transport to go to office for multiple time to get work done.

  13. రైతు భరోసా ,ప్రధానమంత్రి కిషాన్ మనీ రావడంలేదు….ఆధార్… బ్యాంక్ అకౌంట్ …ల్యాండ్ వివరాలు సరిగ్గా నే ఉన్నా….నో ల్యాండ్ అని చూయిస్తుంది…1b లో ఆధార్ నెంబర్ ఎంటర్ చగానే ల్యాండ్ చూయిస్తుంది….. కాని రైతు భరోసా సైట్ లో మాత్రం నో ల్యాండ్ అని చూయిస్తుంది…..కారణం చెప్పలేకపోతున్నారు…..ఈ సమస్యను పరిష్కరించగలరు……భూమి ఉండి కూడా లబ్ది పొందలేక పోతున్నాము

    మేము సహారా కంపెనీ లో డబ్బులు పొదుపు చేసాము.మెర్చురిటీ సమయం గడిచిన డబ్బులు చెల్లించట్లేదు,గత రెండు సంవత్సరాలుగా ఎవరికీ చెల్లింపులు జరుపట్లేదు,తగు చర్యలు తీసుకొనవలసినదిగా మనవి.
